poor soundproofing food quality
The lack of soundproofing in the room was a real issue. I could hear everything happening outside, this impacted my sleep. There was also a noticeable gap at the top of the door, compromising privacy. Food wasn't great either, it felt more like a 2-star hotel than a 5-star one.
